School Closure Programs
School Closure Programs (PD Days & Holidays) include indoor and outdoor games, sports, arts and crafts and recreational activities! Our programs are designed to help families manage their responsibilities at work while providing a fun, social and safe place for children to enjoy their time away from school.
School Closure Programs are open to registered YMCA School Age and Child Care families only.
- Ages 4-12 years
- Financial assistance available
For children not registered in a YMCA Child Care program, visit our Day Camps page.
School Closure Program Fees:

Ages 4 & 5 $18.19/day per child

Ages 6-12 $41.58/day per child
Fee Details: Fees are priced per child, financial assistance is available through County subsidy. Once registered, the fee is not refundable.
(Registration opens approx. 2 weeks in advance.)
Locations
School Closure Programs run at our designated School Age locations. Dates and locations are announced before each School Closure and details are sent directly to families. Due to space limitations, School Closure Programs are only available for families with children who are currently registered in our School Age programs.
Absences
If your child will be absent from a School Closure Program, please call the location supervisor using the information found on our Contact Us page.
Lunches & Snacks
Our YMCA strives to be environmentally sensitive and to encourage healthy lifestyles. Please send your child with litterless, nutritious and nut-free snacks and lunches.
