Schedule
Pool
- Lane Swim (2 Lanes): 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Rec Swim (both pools): 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.*
Gymnasium
- Pickleball: 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
- Badminton: 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Family Gym: 11:15 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.*
Fitness
- Cycle: 9:00 – 9:30 a.m.
- WOW: 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Stretch: 12:15 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Tai Chi is running 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. in the Fitness Studio for registered participants.
This day is also a Partner Day! FREE ACCESS for residents of the City of Owen Sound and Township of Georgian Bluffs to the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce in recognition for their support in creating our beautiful YMCA Health, Fitness & Aquatics facility.
