Welcoming Week 2022 (September 9-18)
Welcoming Week is an annual campaign and celebration to showcase the movement of communities striving to be more welcoming places for all, including immigrants.
This year’s Welcoming Week marks the 10th anniversary of what is now a global event, and Canada’s third year participating nationally.
Welcoming Week Activities Across Grey & Bruce Counties
There are many events happening across the area to recognize Welcoming Week.
YMCA’s Grey Bruce Settlement & Language Services is happy to host Share your Cultural Story (open to the public) and Citizenship Trivia Night (open to Settlement & Language Services participants).

We are also excited to partner with local museums where visitors can explore the history of Grey and Bruce Counties through interactive activities and exhibits.
Grey Roots Museum is offering admission by donation Saturday September 10th, from 10am-5pm
