YTHRIVE is a 6-month fitness program to help make exercise accessible, achievable, and enjoyable for those new to the YMCA.
YTHRIVE takes the guesswork out of exercise. The biggest barrier to getting and staying active isn’t necessarily the exercise itself, it’s knowing what exercises to do to reach your goals. How many reps? How many sets? How much cardio? This exercise program gives you the tools you need so you can spend your time working on yourself, instead of worrying about planning your exercises.
Whether you’re just getting started or are an experienced exerciser, a YTHRIVE coach will provide you with a workout plan and support you so you can stay active and committed to your health and fitness goals, and have fun along the way.
YTHRIVE makes it easier to get started at the YMCA. Best of all, this program is included in your membership at no additional cost to you.
