We&rsquo;re looking to add an organized Accounts Receivable Manager to our Service Division. This individual would take ownership of completed work orders and turn them into accurate, timely customer invoices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review work orders for complete technician notes, labour time, parts, customer information and purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with technicians, parts department, and the service team when information is missing.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and issue service invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Track work orders awaiting invoicing and next step needed to complete each one.<\/li>\n<li>Flag unusual charges, warranty questions and customer concerns for review.<\/li>\n<li>Keep service records accurate and organized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with service invoicing, work orders, or administration.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a repair, equipment, automotive, trucking, trades, or field-service business is especially valuable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and confidence following up with people to get answers.<\/li>\n<li>Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort learning business software and working with spreadsheets and email<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the material handling or rental industry is an asset, but not a requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply, send your r&eacute;sum&eacute;
