This role combines face-to-face service, sales execution, and back-office work across lending and collections systems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\"><em>This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with fast-paced, multi-task environments and who like seeing their effort turn directly into results<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome customers, assess needs, and match them with the right products and services<\/li>\n<li>Own your contribution to branch sales targets and performance results<\/li>\n<li>Explain lending, insurance, and payment options clearly so customers can make informed decisions<\/li>\n<li>Process loans, payments, and transactions quickly and accurately, often with multiple customers waiting (cash handling required)<\/li>\n<li>Move confidently between in-person service, phone follow-ups, and internal systems throughout the day<\/li>\n<li>Proactively follow up on renewals, missed payments, and new offers<\/li>\n<li>Support collections efforts professionally and consistently<\/li>\n<li>Maintain orderly lobby flow, transaction pacing, and customer experience during peak traffic<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to daily branch operations, appearance standards, and team results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\"><strong>How You&rsquo;ll Actually Work<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\">This is a <strong>high-throughput, multi-system role<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\">On a typical shift, you&rsquo;ll switch rapidly between customers, phone calls, and multiple computer systems simultaneously while handling cash and time-sensitive decisions. You&rsquo;ll be expected to maintain speed, accuracy, and composure even when the branch is busy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\"><em>This role requires attention to detail and the ability to execute accurately at speed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent (required)<\/li>\n<li>Retail sales, customer service, or cash handling experience is an asset<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously while serving customers face-to-face<\/li>\n<li>Able to maintain speed, accuracy, and focus in a high-volume environment<\/li>\n<li>Competitive, goal-driven, and comfortable asking for the business<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator who can start conversations and close them<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in high-pressure situations<\/li>\n<li>Willing to support nearby locations when needed (flexibility creates opportunity)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\"><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong base wage plus <strong>industry-leading performance *bonuses<\/strong> tied directly to results<\/li>\n<li>Clear path to advancement for top performers (Branch Manager, Trainer)<\/li>\n<li>A role where effort, pace, and ownership actually matter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_x_react-native-html-content x_x_simple-job-description-html\"><strong>*Additional Compensation:<\/strong> CSRs may earn a monthly performance bonus when defined targets are met.
