Successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining safe and accessible commercial and residential properties throughout the winter season by operating snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px\">The expected start date for this position is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">November 15th<\/span>, and there will be a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mandatory, in person training session held mid October<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;font-weight: bold\">Job Duties<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px\">\n<li>Operate loaders, Kubota equipment, skid steers, and other snow removal machinery to complete winter maintenance services.<\/li>\n<li>Safely clear parking lots, driveways, walkways, access roads, and other designated areas.<\/li>\n<li>Perform pre operation and post operation equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain safe operating practices while working in changing winter weather conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Complete assigned routes efficiently and in accordance with company standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor site conditions and report hazards, property concerns, or equipment issues to supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members during snow events.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;font-weight: bold\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px\">\n<li>Previous experience operating snow removal equipment such as loaders, skid steers, Kubota equipment, or similar machinery.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s licence required; experience transporting equipment is considered an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to safely operate equipment independently in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Reliable and punctual, with the ability to respond quickly when called for snow events.<\/li>\n<li>Available for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.<\/li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned reporting locations.<\/li>\n<li>Must provide and wear CSA approved winter work boots and appropriate winter outdoor clothing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:
