The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments while ensuring strict compliance with Ontario&rsquo;s safety and building standards and codes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are looking for an individual who can:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Take the lead on new construction and renovation jobs <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Service plumbing. Including:<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diagnostics &amp; Repair: Troubleshooting plumbing systems, repairing burst pipes, replacing fixtures (faucets, sinks, toilets), and clearing drain clogs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wells and pressure systems: Replacement\/upgrades of existing systems, sand points, shore wells, diagnostics and repair of existing systems<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Set-up, maintain, and troubleshoot piping, valves, fittings, and drainage systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conduct thorough inspections to identify leaks, pressure issues, or potential failures in a plumbing system<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Collaborate and work alongside general contractors, electricians, and other trades on job sites. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mentor and oversee apprentices to ensure high-quality workmanship. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maintain accurate service records, timesheets, and material logs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Be available to work Monday &#8211; Friday with rotating evening and weekend on-call<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Valid 306A Plumber License in the province of Ontario (Red seal is as asset)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Minimum of<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 7<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> years of experience in the trade.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Plumbing Code<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Valid Ontario G License with a clean driving abstract<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Valid Ontario Well Technician License (preferred)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Comprehensive extended health, vision and dental insurance plan<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Company vehicle and gas card<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">RRSP matching and annual bonus<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Paid vacation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Weekdays <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rotating On-Call Schedule<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Us:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are a family owned and operated company that constantly strives to provide our customers with fast, friendly and professional service.
