We&rsquo;re looking for a <strong>Contract Team Lead <\/strong>in our Owen Sound location to help keep things running smoothly during our busiest months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position:<\/strong> Team Lead &#8211; <strong>Contact <\/strong>(Don&#8217;t worry, we&#8217;ll guide you to greatness!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Seasonal Team Lead<\/strong>, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team members in delivering a fun and efficient experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has leadership experience, and isn&rsquo;t afraid to jump in and get their hands (deliciously) dirty!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lead by Example<\/strong> &ndash; Provide outstanding customer service and set the standard for the team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shift Management<\/strong> &ndash; Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure team efficiency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality Control<\/strong> &ndash; Ensure products are prepared and served to standard, maintaining consistency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer Engagement<\/strong> &ndash; Handle guest concerns, resolve issues, and create a welcoming environment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stock &amp; Inventory<\/strong> &ndash; Monitor product levels, restock as needed, and communicate with management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cleanliness &amp; Compliance<\/strong> &ndash; Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold food safety standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash Handling<\/strong> &ndash; Assist with opening\/closing duties and handling transactions as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a leadership role (food service experience preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.<\/li>\n<li>A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for great customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):<\/p>\n<p>Scooping the creamiest ice cream in town.<\/p>\n<p>Crafting delicious Bubble Tea delights and other drinks<\/p>\n<p>Assisting in food prep because we&#8217;re all about variety.<\/p>\n<p>Keeping things spick and span &#8211; general cleaning duties.<\/p>\n<p>Handling both opening and closing responsibilities like a pro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Sundays Ice Cream is the Sweetest Place to Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re all about making your life easy!
