We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our HR team this summer to help us do some real work that keeps the HR department running smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order out of chaos, is curious about how HR operates in a not-for-profit setting, and isn&rsquo;t afraid of paperwork. You&#8217;ll support a variety of tasks like organizing files, creating a tracking system, and helping us build a solid foundation for an orientation.<\/p>\n<p>You won&rsquo;t be Setting Strategies or redesigning compensation models (yet), but you will gain valuable experience, work closely with an experienced HR Director, and walk away with a deeper understanding of what HR Foundations are really all about.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizing and digitizing employee records<\/li>\n<li>Supporting file audits and compliance reviews<\/li>\n<li>Help to organize and maintain HR databases to ensure completeness<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with onboarding documentation and reference checks<\/li>\n<li>Supporting summer recruitment efforts<\/li>\n<li>Participating in HR projects and process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Tackling other tasks that help our small but mighty HR team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrolled in a post-secondary Human Resources, Business Administration or related program<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for detail and a love of checklists, order and digitization<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality is second nature to you<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in Word and Excel (you&rsquo;re not afraid of a spread sheet!)<\/li>\n<li>Organized, adaptable, and willing to roll up your sleeves<\/li>\n<li>Positive energy and good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>A clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check before starting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us? <\/strong>Keystone is the lead agency for child and youth mental health in Grey and Bruce counties.
