The representative will provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.<\/p>\n<p>This role requires:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Excellent communication skills<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Friendly and professional demeanor<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and assist customers at the box office\/souvenir store, over the phone, and via email.<\/li>\n<li>Sell tickets, passes, and merchandise using the ticketing and store POS systems.<\/li>\n<li>Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.<\/li>\n<li>Provide event and venue information, including seating options, pricing, policies, and schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers with ticket exchanges, refunds, and special requests according to company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events, promotions, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the box office area is clean, organized, and presentable.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the team store area is clean, stocked and presentable (as time permits)<\/li>\n<li>Follow all company policies, including cash handling, data privacy, and security protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is REQUIRED.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in customer service, ticket sales, or a similar role preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale\/ticketing systems is an asset. (training provided).<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (e.g. ticket boxes, promotional materials).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indoors at the venue box office.<\/li>\n<li>All shifts occur on evenings, weekends, and some holidays in conjunction with the Owen Sound Attack and special event schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Hours per week varies depending on the event schedule with an average of 8-16 hrs per week (during hockey season), Special events only in hockey off season.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Submit your Resume &amp;
