Pruning & Trimming: Removing dead, diseased, or hazardous branches to improve the tree’s health, structure, and appearance.
Tree Removal & Rigging: Safely felling and removing trees or large limbs, often in confined residential spaces or near structures, using ropes and rigging systems, also working up in a genie lift with pole saws/ Chainsaws and following health and safety rules ex using harness while in genie lift. 
Emergency Care: Responding to storm damage or fallen trees to clear roads, secure dangerous areas, and prevent further property damage
Physical Fitness & Working at Heights: The ability to perform strenuous, repetitive manual labor and work comfortably at elevated heights.
Equipment Proficiency: Experience safely operating chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, and aerial lift devices (bucket trucks) and VALID G DRIVERS LICENCE IS A MUST!
Climbing & Rigging: Advanced knowledge of knot-tying, ropes, and harnesses for safely ascending and maneuvering in trees.
Equipment Maintenance: Refueling, sharpening, and maintaining chainsaws, pole saws, and trucks

Debris Management: Operating chippers, loading brush, and raking or blowing the site clean

.Physical Demands: Must be highly capable of heavy lifting (up to 50+lbs )and standing  for long periods of time. The work is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions. It is physically demanding and inherently carries safety risks due to heights, power lines, and heavy machinery, making strict adherence to safety protocols mandatory.
