We’re looking for a Contract Team Lead in our Owen Sound location to help keep things running smoothly during our busiest months.

Position Overview
As a Seasonal Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team members in delivering a fun and efficient experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has leadership experience, and isn’t afraid to jump in and get their hands (deliciously) dirty!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example – Provide outstanding customer service and set the standard for the team.
- Shift Management – Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure team efficiency.
- Quality Control – Ensure products are prepared and served to standard, maintaining consistency.
- Customer Engagement – Handle guest concerns, resolve issues, and create a welcoming environment.
- Stock & Inventory – Monitor product levels, restock as needed, and communicate with management.
- Cleanliness & Compliance – Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold food safety standards.
- Cash Handling – Assist with opening/closing duties and handling transactions as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a leadership role (food service experience preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for great customer service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):
Scooping the creamiest ice cream in town.
Crafting delicious Bubble Tea delights and other drinks
Assisting in food prep because we’re all about variety.
Keeping things spick and span – general cleaning duties.
Handling both opening and closing responsibilities like a pro.

Requirements:
Food Safety Certification (Don’t have it? No worries, we’ll help you get it!)
