Role: We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Alarm System Installer to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, customer-oriented, and driven to achieve the highest standards in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and program DSC alarm systems, including Power Series, NEO, etc.
- Work with IP cameras, ensuring optimum setup and client satisfaction.
- Engage with clients professionally, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to alarm systems and cameras.
- Collaborate with the team on project specifications and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in alarm system installation and programming. Expertise with DSC systems is a strong asset.
- Extensive experience working with digital/IP cameras.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for professional client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of marketing within the security space is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Audio systems and networking knowledge/certifications are a strong asset.
