WHAT OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Maintain positive, professional working relationships with clients, visitors and others
- Conduct extensive foot and vehicle patrols
- Ensure that all vehicles have a permit.
- Monitor the Parking Lot
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with post orders
- Other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager and Supervisor
WE ARE EXCITED FOR YOU TO OFFER US:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma
- *MUST* Ontario Security Guard License
- *MUST* Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- *MUST* Full G License (Must be in good standing)
- *MUST* be able to obtain a Reliability (Level I) Security Clearance- minimum 5 Years of Residency in Canada
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a courteous, patient and polite attitude towards visitors and clients
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in stressful situations
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
- Must be able to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
WHAT THE JOB OFFERS YOU:
- Job type: Seasonal (June to September)
- Hourly Rate of Pay: $28.15
- Hours of work: WEEKENDS: Saturday/Sunday 2 DAYTIME GUARDS 1000 to 1800hrs; Saturday/Sunday 2 NIGHTTIME GUARDS 1800 to 0200hrs
- Location: Bruce Peninsula National Park – 120 Chi Sin Tib Dek Road, Tobermory, ON N0H 2R0

As a front-line representative of our company and client’s site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multitask and be a professional who takes pride in your dress, deportment and performance at all times.
