Our client, a local poultry cooperative, is seeking a FT Afternoon Production worker for their location in Hanover, ON. Working onsite in production, this role could entail working in a variety of departments to assist in the packaging and processing of various food products. This is a permanent, long-term position for the right employee. Weekdays only with no weekends starting at $23.32 per hour.

About The Role
The afternoon production team works on packaging and processing a variety of food products across multiple lines. The selected candidate could be working in the specialities, trimming or cut-line departments and all required training is provided onsite. While you will be required to work with various food and related products, you will not be required to handle live animals. Daily tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Handling Various Food Products in a Production Environment
- Demonstrate Safe Handling Procedures – Training Provided
- Performing Repetitive Work While Standing on a Line
- Occasional Lifting of Moderate to Heavy Materials
- Utilizing Hand Tools to Trim & Cut Product
- Performing Other Duties as Assigned

- Capable of Frequent Bending, Twisting & Stretching
- Work Independently & Within a Team Environment
