Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team part time (could lead to full time). This role involves manufacturing custom stretcher frames and panels, ensuring product quality, and meeting the specific needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a passion for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build stretcher frames and panels according to customer specifications.
• Operate a variety of tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
• Pack and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or a production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
