We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and highly organized Painting Services Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing residential and/or commercial painting projects, preparing accurate and competitive quotes, and helping clients understand the scope, process, and value of our services.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines technical knowledge of painting processes with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate painting project needs and gather measurements.
• Communicate with clients to understand their goals, timelines, and expectations.
• Prepare and deliver professional estimates using estimating software or company templates.
• Identify materials, labour, and equipment required for each project.
• Follow up on open estimates to answer questions and close sales.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate handoff and project planning.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates, customer interactions, and job details.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating systems and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the painting or construction industry (preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of painting techniques, products, and surface prep.
• Ability to read blueprints or construction plans (an asset).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
