Your primary responsibilities will include:
- answering phones, sending faxes,
- acceptance & allocation of client’s intake,
- assembly & communication related to documents for pickup and signing,
- scheduling appointments; updating calendars,
- processing financial statements and corporate tax returns
- management of messaging for phone system
Your experience and education:
- Must be professional, discreet and able to multi-task.
- Experience in a fast paced work environment
- Experience in an office is an asset
- Some basic tax knowledge
- Communication and technology skills
