Bird Fuels is a growing company looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Team.
This position would be reporting to the Controller.
This position is the first point of contact for our customers.
Ideal candidate would have:
– Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
– Customer focused service with strong communication skills both written and oral.
– Strong ability to listen and comprehend customer requests.
– Ability to learn new software, tasks and technical products.
– Ability to work both independently and in a team atmosphere.
– Exceptional organizational skills in a fast paced environment.
The responsibilities of this job would include
· Batching A/R & A/P
. Filing
· Monitor / Reconcile fuel.
· Scan / send tickets and invoice as required
· Apply payments to accounts:
· Make bank deposit / electronic deposits
· Take customer fuel and lubricant orders
– Create delivery tickets and dispatch orders.
· 1st point of contact.
– Record customer information.
– Direct calls as fit.
– Provide general assistance / answer inquires
-Provide information on company
– Lubricant inventory and order as required.
-Order office supplies / stationary as required.
