Job Description

Toggle Electric Inc. is hiring a Licensed Journeyman Electrician (309A) for full-time work in Meaford, Ontario, serving Grey County. Pay is CAD $35-$45 per hour, based on experience, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Lead installations, troubleshoot complex systems, and maintain safety and quality standards across residential, commercial, and light industrial projects throughout Grey County.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
Interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications.
Lead and mentor apprentices on-site.
Communicate effectively with clients in Meaford, Thornbury, and surrounding Grey County areas.
Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Valid 309A Construction and Maintenance License.
Registered and in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario.
Valid G-Class Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
