We are seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You will work on installation, service, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, and have opportunities to mentor apprentices as our team grows.

Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Assist with system design and oversee installations
• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to service calls
• Mentor and train apprentices
• Ensure all work meets technical and safety standards
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately

Qualifications
• Valid Ontario HVAC Technician license (313A or 313D)
• G2 or G1 Gas Technician certification an asset
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the HVAC trade
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
