Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales and Project Coordinator to assist our Director of Sales and working closely with production to ensure all jobs are on schedule and providing updates to Management team and clients. This role combines sales and project tasks, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, hands-on environment and enjoys balancing in house projects and sales duties.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pricing assistance and fulfilling any pricing inquiries
Assist sales staff with calling, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to ensure they are on track
Present product or service offerings and tailor solutions to client requirements
Complete necessary administrative work including filing and scheduling
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Define project scope, goals deliverables, timelines and resource allocation
Develop detailed project plans and ensure they align with business objectives
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively
Ensure project budgets, ensuring cost control with input from Management
Purchasing experience is an asset
Professional appearance is required
Previous Sales and project Management experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with speadsheets
Attention to detail and follow up
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members and clients
