Global Guardians is the Queen of Hearts outdoor ecological focused school age club.  Based at Greystone Private Retreat and Trails in Kemble.  Transport provided from Owen Sound daily.

Essential qualities :- 

Experience of supervising groups of children under the age of 12 years in the outdoor elements.  Safety and care of the children must be the number one priority.

Being able to implement and follow planned activities and lessons.

Physically able to walk and do activities all day in trail terrain

Willing to work closely with the other team members and managers on site and enroute.  Be a team player.

Be flexible in daily plans – could be a weather change for instance.

Punctual with a good sense of timing

Calm in challenging situations, following plans and procedures but also able to think on our feet.

First Aid and CPR certificate and Vulnerable Sector check

Preferable qualities:-

Knowledge of ecology and a love of outdoor activities.
