WAGE: $35 – $45 per hour

We are seeking motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in maintaining some of the most prestigious gardens in the region.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand is responsible for the hands-on care and maintenance of high-end perennial gardens and landscapes. This role requires strong horticultural knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ properties are maintained to the highest possible standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perennial Garden Maintenance Duties Include:
Weeding, planting, and transplanting
Pruning and shaping of plants, shrubs, and small trees
Seasonal garden clean-up
Edging of garden beds and lawn borders
Monitoring plant health and appearance
Watering and fertilizing as required
General plant maintenance and upkeep
Assisting with design enhancements and installations when needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Successful candidates will possess:
Strong working knowledge of:
Perennials
Annuals
Roses
Flowering shrubs
Vines
Hedges
Trees
Ability to identify common plants and understand their care requirements.
Familiarity with proper pruning techniques
Experience using standard gardening tools and equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Minimum 2 years of gardening or horticultural experience (required)
