Job Title: Food Truck Worker

2 Full-Time Workers

Job Brief:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Truck Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food to customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in our food truck.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food items according to the menu.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in menu planning and food purchases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food preparation and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food handler’s certificate is a must

Work Environment:

• Mobile food truck setting.
• Requires physical stamina for standing and cooking in a small space.
