We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated post-secondary student to join our
Finance team for eight (8) weeks.
This opportunity is ideal for a student pursuing their studies in accounting, business
administration, finance or a related field. You will gain hands-on experience with
accounts payable/receivables processes, journal entries, reconciliations and
reporting.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with Excel, has an aptitude for
problem-solving and a key eye for data accuracy.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Reconciliations of Monthly Income & Expense schedules
• Asist with Audit support compilation
• Data entry – Journals
• Filing
• Payment processing
• Invoicing
• Bank Reconciliations
• Supporting file audits and compliance reviews
What you Bring:
• Enrolled in a post-secondary Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or
related program
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Professionalism and ethical awareness
• Strong skills in and Excel (you’re not afraid of a spread sheet!)
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Organized, adaptable, and an eagerness to learn
• Positive energy and good communication skills
• A clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check before starting

Keystone is the Lead Agency for child and youth mental health in Grey and Bruce. We help ensure services are accessible, effective, and well-connected across our community.

As part of this role, we lead system planning, identify gaps in care, and advocate for fair and equal access. We also support collaborative programs such as One Stop Talk and the Ontario Intensive Treatment Pathway, so families can get the right help when they need it.

We work with over 25 partners, including schools, hospitals, child welfare agencies, and Indigenous organizations, to provide strong, coordinated support for children, youth, and their families.
