The Custodian is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective cleaning and minor maintenance of buildings with minimal supervision in a timely manner with the least amount of disruption to office operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 10 education or equivalent
• Experience and or basic understanding of custodian duties and responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of health and safety
• WHMIS or ability to obtain within probationary period
• Confined Space training or ability to obtain within probationary period
• Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
• Recent acceptable Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
• First Aid and CPR is considered an asset
