Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Maintenance Manager
- Be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance.
- Help maintain heating and air conditioning systems, boilers, pumps, fan coils, thermostats, etc.
- Work with department managers to provide them solutions to daily maintenance issues
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Help maintain hotel infrastructure to ensure functionality and safety
- Perform preventative maintenance checks for the Inn, restaurant, spa and pro-shop as directed
- Prepare all buildings for seasonal changes
- Assist in property development where skills are relevant
- Complete daily pool and whirlpool testing and comply with local regulations
- Work with guests to remedy issues and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Experience in facility operations or maintenance
- Previous experience working with pools, hot tubs and equipment is an asset
- Previous maintenance experience in a hospitality environment
- Work Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the golf season (May to October)
