About the Role
As an Independent Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Performing thorough cleaning of homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping
• Deep-cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-use areas
• Changing bed linens and making beds
• Emptying garbage and recycling bins
• Tidying and organizing rooms for a polished appearance
• Following detailed checklists to ensure consistent quality
• Working alongside new team members to support quality and consistency

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hospitality, or similar fields is an asset
• Punctual, reliable, and professional in all aspects of the role
• Comfortable using mobile apps to manage bookings and communication
• Clear communication skills and fluency in English
• Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional last-minute bookings
• Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone

Getting Started

• A professional cleaning kit is required to begin. We offer a premium starter kit for $200 (interest-free payment plans available). A credit card on file is required.
• Weekly supply costs average $15 for contractors working 35 hours per week.
• You’ll work as an independent contractor and provide your availability for bookings.
