Part time Cash Supervisor role available at Shoppers Drug Mart Eastside location.

8-20 hours per week, evenings and weekend rotation.

Duties to include:

Cash handling, customer service, cash office procedures.

Ensures cash staff comply with store policies/procedures

Ensure Loss Prevention standards are maintained and implemented, manages cash office inventory, cashier tracking reports, Pc Optimum procedures.

Resolve customer issues according to policy, answer inquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks etc

Provide support to cash staff processing refunds and exchanges, using Self Checkouts.

Complete merchandising tasks as assigned, maintaining store image, and housekeeping standards are met.

Experience:

Computer literacy

Organizational skills and time management

Previous cash handling or supervisory skills in a retail setting.

Successful candidate must be available for weeknights until 8pm close and minimum every other weekend until 8pm close.

Daytime shifts starting at 8am may be occasionally required.
