We are hiring for a Part time Beauty Specialist role.

-position is for 4-10 hours per week

-must have availability until 8pm Mon-Fri and for a weekend rotation.

Duties include:

• Meeting sales expectations, targets and promotions 
• Promote positive environment for customers
• Promote product, book appointments for events, provide superior a Customer Service experience
• Adhere to operating standards
• Participate and complete virtual or in person training events, education sessions, vendor schools
• act professionally at all times, complying with dress code, store policy, health and safety regulations

Experience:

• strong communication skills
• knowledge of beauty products
• ability to demonstrate makeup applications
• consultative skills to provide information

Physical Requirements:

• ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves
• ability to climb ladders, step stools
• ability to lift up to 50 pounds
