Part time Beauty Advisor needed to join our dynamic Cosmetics team!

5-10 hours per week, or more depending on summer vacation coverage

Must be available for closing shifts until 8pm and weekends for any shift

Duties include:

• driving cosmetic sales
• managing dept inventory
• conducting skin care and color consultations
• demonstrate product application, makeovers, skin care routines
• promote participation in instore events, promote PC Optimum program
• cleaning duties to keep dept shoppable, building displays, merchandising product
• complete transactions competently, cash handling, debit/credit transactions, following all loss prevention protocols
• follow health and safety protocols laid out by management team

Expectations

• develop product knowledge through training opportunities and vendor schools
• strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with beauty dept clients
• physically able to bend, stand, use ladders and step stools, able to lift up to 50 pounds
