Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized. professional office administrator to assist in the daily operations of our business. This is a part time position (about 3 days-24h/week) Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
-Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
-Answer phone calls, provide quotes and or answer questions
-Take orders and enter into QuickBooks online
-Charge credit cards as needed
-Provide quotes by email

-proficiency with Quick Books online version, email (G-mail), Microsoft Office an Adobe
