Mobile Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) | Ontario

Relax & Renew RMT is a growing mobile massage therapy practice with an established client base and expanding service areas across Ontario.
We handle the marketing, administration, bookings, payment collection, and nearly all client communication, so you can focus on treatment instead of running every part of the practice yourself.
You also get access to our exclusive Clinical Dashboard + App, built specifically for our mobile therapists. Access your schedule, appointment details, client intake and health information, digital charting, treatment notes, travel details, navigation, and expected pay in one place.
Our clinical tools also include voice summaries for client intakes and voice treatment notes on the go, allowing you to review key client information quickly and dictate charting for review before finalizing.
We are actively recruiting and expanding Ontario wide, including areas such as Guelph, Tri City, London, Ottawa, the GTA, Kingston, and more.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Approx. $72 to $82 per treatment hour through a competitive split
100% of your tips
100% of applicable travel fees
Weekly direct deposit
Choose your own availability, service area, and travel radius
We are very flexible and simply ask for at least 1 to 2 open days per week
Travel beyond 35 km is completely optional. If you choose to accept farther appointments, you receive the applicable tiered travel fee.
You can continue working elsewhere, keep your own clients, and accept Relax & Renew bookings alongside your existing practice.
NEW GRADS ARE WELCOME
We provide hands on onboarding, clear guidance, and ongoing support so you always have someone to reach out to when you need help.
Once approved, you can start accepting bookings right away.
Marketing materials can also be provided if needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
Minimum $2 million professional liability insurance
Reliable vehicle and transportation
Smartphone
Your own treatment equipment and supplies
Comfortable providing mobile treatments in clients’ homes, hotels, and other appropriate locations
