Join Our Kitchen Team!
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks – daytime and closers, who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. If you work well under pressure, pay attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift.
- Complete all closing duties, including cleaning equipment, stocking stations, and preparing for the next day.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed.
- Help maintain a positive and professional team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Food Handler Certification is not required, but is recommended.
