Job Description
Riddell Contracting Ltd., is based out of Owen Sound and is Mid Western Ontario’s leading provider of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical service.
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant with opportunity for Full-Time hours to support our day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Assist with scheduling appointments for various departments
- Process invoices, work orders, and other administrative documents
- Assist with customer inquiries and contractor communications
- Enter and update data in company software and spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
Qualifications
- Previous office administration or administrative assistant
- Experience in mechanical trades preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Space
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and positive attitude
