Job description:

Front line checking in and out of guests. Making reservations by phone and walk ins.

Addressing guests concerns , customer service in a professional manner.

Regular hall checks ensuring guests are being respectful of other guests.

Balancing of guest accounts.

Opening and closing shift reports.

Front desk shifts are 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm shifts.

7-3 shift will help breakfast attendant when needed.

Full training will be provided.

Job Types: Part-time and full time Permanent

Experience:

customer service: 1 year (preferred)
