Looking for a fun, fast-paced summer job in one of Ontario’s most scenic locations? Tobermory Brewing Company is looking for energetic bartenders to join our team! If you thrive behind the bar, love great beer/cocktails, can keep your cool with it’s slammed and want to spend your summer in one of Ontario’s most beautiful destinations, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Provide friendly, efficient and knowledgeable bar service in a high-volume environment
Prepare craft beer pours, classic cocktails and house specialties
Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep service smooth during peak hours
Handle cash, POS transactions and bar inventory accurately

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Prior bartending experience preferred but we will train the right person/attitude!
Ability to multitask and stay calm during intense rushes
Reliable availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
Strong customer service and communication skills
Must be 18+
SMART Serve certificate required prior to start date
