About the Role
We’re hiring a Team Account Manager to lead and grow our team, school, association, and corporate account business out of our Owen Sound store.
This is a relationship-based role, but it’s also operational: you’ll be the person who owns the process, keeps accounts organized, communicates clearly, and ensures every order is delivered on time and done right.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1) Own the Team Business
- Manage team and custom apparel orders from quote → mockup → approval → production → delivery
- Build and maintain organized order tracking (deadlines, sizing, PO’s, deposits, artwork, status updates)
- Ensure every order meets expectations for quality, accuracy, and timelines
- Run fittings / sizing sessions for teams, schools, and organizations
2) Communication & Account Management
- Be the primary point of contact for coaches, volunteers, team reps, schools, and corporate clients
- Communicate clearly and proactively by phone + email (no “waiting for someone to ask”)
- Confirm details early to avoid last-minute errors: names, sizes, quantities, logos, decoration specs
- Manage issue resolution when things go sideways (and keep the client confident throughout)
3) Deadlines & Quality Control
- Set timelines with customers and enforce ordering cutoffs
- Ensure artwork approvals are correct before anything hits production
- Check orders for accuracy at receiving/pickup and correct issues quickly
- Keep internal teams aligned so nothing falls through cracks
4) Team Sales Growth
- Build relationships that keep organizations coming back year after year
- Identify new opportunities (fanwear, warmups, sponsor gear, staff apparel, fundraiser programs)
- Help expand team programs across multiple sports and seasons
5) Partner With Store Leadership + Retail Team
- Work closely with management and the retail-side team to keep priorities aligned
- Support walk-in team/custom requests when needed
- Ensure the store looks prepared for team season rushes (catalogs, samples, sizing kits, process clarity)
What We’re Looking For
- You are organized to a fault — you track everything and don’t drop details
- You are confident communicating professionally with teams + businesses
- You are deadline-driven and don’t get overwhelmed when it’s busy
- You can manage multiple orders at once without quality slipping
- Experience in team sales, custom apparel, uniform programs, or account management is a big asset
- Familiar with decoration processes (screen print, embroidery, heat press, DTF) is strongly preferred
- Retail experience helps, but this role is team-business first
