Lang’s Home Energy is growing, and we’re hiring a Licensed Hybrid HVAC Technician who can handle both service and installation with confidence, professionalism, and pride. What You’ll Do (Hybrid Role)
A mix of service, diagnostics, maintenance, and installations, including:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and IAQ products
- Perform maintenance and tune-ups
- Communicate findings clearly to customers
- Follow Lang’s SOPs for service, paperwork, and safety
- Deliver a professional, friendly, respectful experience inside customers’ homes
What We’re Looking For
We are hiring at any experience level, as long as you meet the licensing requirements below and bring a strong work ethic and customer-first attitude.
Required Licensing (Ontario HVAC Licensing Standards):
You must hold at least one of the following core licenses and be eligible to perform HVAC field work in Ontario:
Accepted Mandatory Licenses (must have one of these):
- 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Certificate of Qualification (Ontario College of Trades / Skilled Trades Ontario)
- Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) Certificate
- Work-at-Heights Certification
- Refrigeration Handling (Ozone/ODS) Certification
