Job Description
Our client, an international mining equipment manufacturer, is seeking for a Casual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist at their office location in Thornbury, ON. This individual will provide coverage during periods of vacation or absenteeism. The position is casual, running Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts, starting wage is $19.00.

About The Role
The selected candidate for the Receptionist/Administrative role will be responsible for greeting all visitors in a professional manner. This role includes basic reception activities including routing calls, emails, and providing clerical support to different departments as required. Other duties include:
- Greeting, Assisting & Responding Appropriately to Visitors
- Answering Incoming Telephone Calls & Provide Appropriate Response or Redirection To The Appropriate Staff
- Opening, Sort, Log, & Distribute Electronic, Internal & External Mail to Various Departments
- Receiving & Enter Data, Modify, Process, & Compile Information
- Maintaining Office Records & Files, Both Physical & Electronic
- Providing Administrative Support for Special Projects as Required
- Attending Meetings as Assigned
- Performing Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
- 3-5 Years Experience working in a Receptionist/Administrative Role
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail & Strong Organizational Skills
- Computer Proficiency with Data Entry & Reports
- Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
