We are looking for a dependable and driven Delivery Driver with prior experience in Dragonfly|Intelcom Delivery systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of goods to various destinations, all while providing exceptional customer service. This role demands a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and full compliance with traffic laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely to transport goods to assigned locations.
- Load and unload shipments with care and accuracy.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure operational safety.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers about delivery progress and updates.
- Comply with all traffic rules and safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Support loading/unloading operations, including operating forklifts or other heavy equipment when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid G or G2 driver’s license with proven commercial driving experience.
- Experience with Dragonfly|Intelcom delivery platforms is required.
- Knowledge of or experience in operating heavy equipment and forklifts is an asset.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and minor repairs.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
