Our client, an HVAC Supply company, is currently looking for a Full time, Temporary Warehouse Worker to assist in their busy Owen Sound, ON location. This is a temporary full-time role with the possibility of becoming permanent. Wage starts at $20.70 per hour.

About The Role
The Warehouse Worker will assist the organization with all aspects of their warehouse operations including loading and unloading materials, verifying and stocking items in inventory, preparing and packing orders, assisting with shipping and receiving, and maintenance. Other duties include:
- Prepare & complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Receive & process warehouse stock products
- Ensure that inventory is stored & protected from damage & readily available for shipment
- Keep a clean, safe working environment & optimize space utilization
- Operate, maintain preventively warehouse property & equipment
- Follow quality service standards & comply with procedures, rules & regulations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience considered an asset
- Computer literate with strong mechanical/technical aptitude
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude & customer service oriented
- Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Excellent organizational skills
This role would be a great fit for a candidate with experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, general labour, moving labour, or shipping & receiving.
