Job Description:

• The Active Lifestyles Centre Grey Bruce is seeking an experienced and passionate Program Coordinator to oversee our Community Programs and Activities. 
• This role involves planning, organizing, and executing events for senior citizens, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all participants.
• The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a passion for working with the elderly and an understanding of their unique needs and interests. They should be committed to promoting health, happiness and a sense of community within the centre.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience working with seniors, preferably in a community centre setting. 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal regulations. 

Work Environment: Community Centre setting with the occasional off-site events.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Chair of the Board.
