Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our restoration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks related to residential and commercial restoration and renovation projects, including repairs caused by fire, flood, mold, and structural damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry duties including framing, drywall, flooring, trim work, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist in the demolition and reconstruction of damaged structures.
• Ensure all work meets building codes and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, tradespeople, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction or restoration (preferred).
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
