– Plan, create, and execute social media content for various platforms.
– Develop and manage WordPress website updates in line with branding guidelines.
– Coordinate with committee members, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
– Manage correspondence with the public and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.
– Assist with venue preparation and setup for the Canadian Encaustic Conference, including room arrangements.
– Travel to various locations as needed for event preparation, requiring a valid G license.
– Coordinate event logistics remotely when required, ensuring timely communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
