Looking to fine tune or improve your nutrition?

Alison Antonette, Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist is offering one-on-one nutrition coaching to provide you with practical habits and nutrition resources to help you achieve your goals.

Whether it's for sports performance, weight loss/gain, improving your digestive health or help with special diets, Alison will work with you to review your current lifestyle, work together to make new habits and help you succeed. Sessions are available in packages, with an initial assessment and follow-up appointments, to ensure your goals are being met.
