I just recently found out that I am pregnant. When should I tell my boss? What are my obgligations to an employer?
Answer:
Your obligation to your employer is that you must provide him/her with 2 weeks written notice prior to beginning your Pregnancy leave; the letter must include the starting date for the pregnancy leave, and, if requested, a certificate from a medical practitioner stating the baby's due date.
