Family YMCA Child Care Scheduled Calendar

Print off and complete the Family YMCA Child Care Scheduled Calendar and return to Supervisor to indicate your monthly care requirements. Supervisors will verify the days on your calendar once it has been received. Complete registration packages are required prior to submitting a calendar. Please contact Supervisor for registration packages.

Calendars are due the 24th of the current month, along with payment for that month.

Payment must be paid in advance. There are many payment options available. Contact your Supervisor for more information. Payments by cheque must be made to the Owen Sound Family Y.
